How To Standardize Customer Training According to Certification Standards

Scenario

In this scenario we are a company that creates websites and delivers digital user experience platforms based on the Content Management System TYPO3.

We are aware that a very important target group for us are the end users - as they are the ones working with our tools on a daily basis.
