Release 94 - Matrix View
Improving the new member statistics introduced with Release 93, the matrix view allows organization managers to analyze the member proficiency of team members with the help of the matrix view.
This view displays the adancement of individuals for each respective SkillSet and is sortable by clicking on the headers,. Therefore organization managers can analyze their companies current skill level in regards to specific SkillSets, as well as specific members.
For example:
- How many of my teammembers are able to perform a specific task?
- Who is ready for official Certification?
- Which teammember made good progress in the internal mentorship program?
You can access the new organization member statistics feature right now by clicking "Manage" and then "View Member Statistics" inside the "Statistics" card.
