Using TSconfig for backend user settings.

Goals

• I know what User TSconfig is and how it can be applied.
• I can name scenarios for User TSconfig and apply them, for example:
  • setting permissions on a user (or user group) base (visibility, readonly, etc.)
  • setting up default values and override values
