Description

Not every processing of data is automatically allowed or forbidden — there always needs to be a valid reason. Using typical examples (e.g., fulfilling a contract, consent for a newsletter, a legal obligation), this skill shows which reasons are generally recognized and which guardrails (such as purpose limitation or data minimization) always apply.
