This skill explains the possible uses and the advantages / dangers of ICT tools for project communication.

I understand

that in modern project environments (often characterized by distributed teams) the use of ICT tools makes sense;
that it is necessary to choose suitable communication channels for certain target groups;
that the introduction of new communication channels must be coordinated with the target group (change management);
that ICT tools are tools - nothing more and nothing less.
